Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) of Prince William County hosts an outdoor event called "Changing Stories For 20 Years Event". This event celebrates the 20 years that the non-profit organization accomplished and reconnects with current sponsors and the volunteers and children.

This client needed a variety of collaterals for both before the event and as well during the event. Collaterals include event posters, flyers, social media posts, invitations, RSVP cards, event banners, and many more. With the target audience being for a crowd of 50 years and above and receiving the attention of a younger audience.

Changing Stories for 20 Years Event Poster

Casa outdoor event contains activities both for children and adults. The poster needed to have the characters aspect of the company but with a different approach. Since the pandemic was their first in-person event, it was essential to grasp the targeted audience and a new audience. This was done, but the use of illustration and the company color pallet within the collaterals.
